The planting process begins by selecting suitable plot of land, one that would normally promote healthy plant growth. Next, select an appropriate plant: choose a small seedling, sapling, or young tree of a native species, with a stem diameter between 1/4" and 3/4" [6.5mm and 20mm]. We recommend consulting your local plant nursery for suggestions on choosing the right tree for your particular region and terrain.

• Place the Spíritree on the ground and set aside the ceramic top.

• Spread the ashes in a circular pattern around the central protrusion of the organic bottom.

• Put the ceramic shell back on top of the organic bottom piece and impregnate the Spíritree with preselected seeds, seedling, or a small tree.

• Cover the central protrusion with a small amount of soil and water adequately.

• Visit occasionally and see your Spíritree come to life.
